This machine is used for the die-cutting process of positive and negative electrodes of square lithium-ion batteries, and uses automatic die-cutting and forming electrodes for lithium-sulfur batteries2. The electrode coil is manually installed on the air expansion shaft of the equipment, and the equipment automatically unwinds. The correction mechanism automatically corrects the unwinding of the electrode, and controls the tension of the electrode through the tension control system. After the electrode is corrected twice, the feeding mechanism pulls the electrode to the punching station, automatically die-cuts and forms the pole ear, and then passes the CCD to detect the electrode. The feeding mechanism continues to pull to the cutting station. The CCD detection mechanism detects and distinguishes the size of the electrode one by one. Defective products are automatically removed to the waste box, and qualified products are collected in the finished product box. When the box is full, it automatically flows into the conveyor line, and the empty box is automatically transported to the receiving station
