GN-360S is an all-in-one coating machine that can choose a variety of coating methods to meet the needs of different coating processes. It is mainly used for the surface coating process of lithium battery positive and negative electrodes. It is a small experimental coating equipment. This equipment can realize two coating methods: knife coating and slit extrusion coating by switching the coating mode and coating head assembly. Among them, doctor blade coating; can realize continuous coating function. Slit extrusion coating; slit extrusion die head, slit extrusion die head gasket screw pump feed system and coating valve body can achieve continuous coating gap coating stripe coating grid coating and other types Coating function.
