The vacuum liquid injection pump nozzle is the most advanced shut-off valve nozzle of the pneumatic control type. At the forefront of the nozzle, the stainless steel poppet and the Teflon conical valve seat are closed and opened to control the liquid output and closing. The inlet of the vacuum liquid injection nozzle is a check valve to keep the vacuum liquid injection process without cavitation and bubbles. The outlet of the liquid injection pump is connected with the vacuum liquid injection nozzle. The machine control box of the pump controls the liquid injection volume of the pump, the liquid injection program and the operation of the vacuum liquid injection nozzle. All parameters can be set on the color touch screen.

System Configuration:
 
1. One frame, made of stainless steel and oxidized aluminum alloy;
2. 1 vacuum box head, aluminum alloy container, can be opened and closed, vacuum sealed, the upper part is equipped with a pneumatic lifting (or manual lifting) vacuum closing valve injection pump nozzle.
3. The vacuum injection pump nozzle is installed on the upper part of the vacuum box. The liquid injection nozzle extends into the box, can move up and down, and can maintain air tightness and vacuum seal when moving up and down.
4. One precision metering pump, model: E4-3-R34B; a plunger pump driven by a stepping motor and a precision ceramic rotary valve. The injection volume of a single stroke can reach 174ML, which can realize automatic multi-stroke setting injection. (Refer to pump information)
