Among the models of sealing machines produced by many manufacturers, the manual top and side sealing machine has a unique practical effect and a good operating platform. It uses heating tube to heat the upper and lower sealing heads to a certain temperature. During sealing, the upper and lower sealing heads melt the aluminum-laminated film of the battery for a short period of time, thereby fusing the two sides of the aluminum-laminated film together, thus encapsulating the battery core within the aluminum-laminated film. This equipment features a manual button function, making it easy and convenient to operate. All working parts (except the material feeding area) are enclosed within a fully enclosed equipment housing for protection. The temperature of the upper and lower sealing heads is controlled by a temperature controller, which allows for arbitrary setting of the sealing head temperature and has an alarm function for temperature being too high or too low. It uses a foot-operated running switch, which is practical, reliable, convenient, and fast.
