I.Equipment introduction:
It is used to cut the positive and negative electrode tabs of digital products or 3C products polymer lithium battery. The operation can cut the positive and negative tabs at the same time. The two sets of positive and negative cutting knives are insulated from each other, and the battery will not be short-circuited during cutting. The battery side positioning plate can be adjusted left and right according to the battery width, which can adapt to the cutting of the tabs of lithium batteries of different widths. The positioning plate for the cutting length of battery tabs can be adjusted back and forth, and the cutting length of tabs can be adjusted.
 
II. Features:
1. The positive and negative tabs can be cut at the same time. The two sets of positive and negative cutting knives are insulated from each other, so the battery will not short-circuit when cutting.
2. The battery side positioning plate can be adjusted from left to right according to the battery width, which can adapt to the cutting of the tabs of lithium batteries of different widths.
3. The tab length positioning plate can be adjusted back and forth, and the cutting length of the tab can be adjusted.
4. There is a tab waste collection box at the bottom to collect cut tab waste.
5. There is a short-circuit indicator for the cutter. When the positive and negative cutters are short-circuited, there will be an alarm indicator to prevent the battery from short-circuiting.
