This equipment is used for top sealing, side sealing, angular position sealing, battery short circuit test, dust removal and automatic feeding materials of pouch battery.
Battery fixture shift transmission adopts linear type, precision linear guide rail and wire rod are driven by servo motor. Hi-pot test uses multi-probe. The nickel tab and aluminum tab of battery core have no contact with the probe or the bayonet has no air bag contact,the  equipment can automatically identify and alarm.

Process performance:
 1. The up and down, left and right position is adjustable, can achieve fixed thickness sealing.
