1. According to the battery design space, thickness, battery performance and cost performance, aluminum foil should be selected comprehensively. For example, for conventional 18650-2000mAH, choose 1235 grade and single-sided light aluminum foil with a thickness of 15um. Research on high-capacity, high-rate batteries, choose 1070 brand, 18um thick carbon-coated aluminum foil.
2. The diameter of the aluminum coil core is usually Φ76.2mm. When selecting, pay attention to keeping the same with the rewinding and unwinding shaft of the equipment.
3. Special aluminum foil adhesive tape should be used for pole coil coating, and the left and right sides should be flat and the tension should be consistent.
4. The oven temperature of the coating machine is 90-140℃, and the setting is trending from "low high low". For single-section experimental equipment, set the temperature to 65-90℃.
5. For microporous aluminum foil, the viscosity of the slurry is recommended to be 8000-12000mpa’s. The head of the coating machine is dragged from the lower end of the foil with PET film and separated at the end of the machine.
