This equipment is mainly used for the Z-type stacking process of square lithium-ion battery cells

Equipment Features

1. High precision positioning of the pole piece

2. Active unwinding of the diaphragm, tension control, overall module correction, and diaphragm static removal

3. High reliability, high-precision and high-speed running components, fixed with pins

4. Dust control, effective dust collection mechanisms are installed in the material box and secondary positioning; the suction cup is made of non-metallic material; the positive and negative electrode material boxes and secondary positioning are isolated in the middle to prevent cross-contamination of positive and negative electrode materials

6. The material box swings, the sheet brush, the robot servo shakes the sheet to separate the pole piece, and the ultrasonic sensor detects multiple missing sheets
