Technological properties:
 
  1. Double-station turntable cam splitter drive, with self-locking function;
  2. The turntable and cavity are made of corrosion-resistant materials (aluminum oxide white);
  3. The sealing temperature, pumping time and sealing time can be preset; 4. Independent temperature control of upper and lower sealing heads, with alarm function for over low and over high temperature;
  4. The air supply pressure of the sealing head cylinder can be adjusted and displayed;
  5. Digital display of vacuum, clear display, convenient setting and adjustment;
  6. The battery has a pressure plate to be flattened and compressed (the edge of the pressure plate is less than 1mm from the edge of the rail);
  7. Special clamps, press the battery so that it will not move or run off during puncture, and prevent the electrolyte in the battery from being squeezed to the edge of the vacuum seal and lost;
  8. The parallelism of the upper and lower sealing heads: ±0.01mm; the degree of alignment can be adjusted by the adjustment mechanism;
  1. The upper head and bayonet can be automatically raised and separated from the vacuum chamber, and the lower head chamber is easy to disassemble, which is convenient for maintenance and repair;
  2. Configure the electrolyte separation barrel, optimize the electrolyte drainage channel, and reduce the pollution of the vacuum source;
