Semi-auto stacking machine is designed for large square lithium-ion battery, use Z-shaped stacking method. The machine through four manipulator to take the cathode and anode electrodes from the material cabinet to the position taken place on the second platform, after framing station and then placed on the stacking platform, it is with automatic clamping device
It is mainly used for lithium-ion pouch battery in the lab line or pilot production line

Basic parameters

1. The electrode transfer is controlled by a precision servo motor to ensure the accurate positioning of the stacking;
2. The electrode bending anti-double piece device can avoid the phenomenon of sucking multiple electrode and stripping electrode at a time
3. The electrode is pre-positioned twice, and the alignment device can ensure that the eectrode can be accurately positioned
4. Separator correction device can ensure that the separator can be accurately aligned
5. The automatic blowing ion wind device of the material box makes the electrode automatically float away to ensure that the electrode will not suck too much
6. The secondary aligning air blowing and dust removal device can ensure that there is no dust when the electrode are stacked
7. The positive and negative electrode plate lifting device ensures that the positive and negative electrode are always at the same height;
8. The separator unwinding has a constant tension function to ensure that the separator tension is basically constant during thestacking process;
